What is Arts Award?
We have recently become an Arts Award Centre, which means we can run and assess the Awards at each level to give our young people accredited opportunities and outcomes. The qualifications are accredited and awarded by Trinity College London and can be completed at Primary and Secondary School age ranges and up to the age of 25, at any of the levels.

At Bright Butterfly the Arts Award aligns beautifully with our existing ‘Project’ model and adds further elements of pupils review others’ work and sharing their work.
Our whole ethos is one of personal well-being and fulfilment alongside learning and creative endeavour, underpinned by our ethos and the SUCCESS values.
We have some pupils who attend out Alternative Provision to just study for an Arts Award and this is possible at any point in the year. For those in any Key Stage and certainly for those in Key Stage 4, this is an excellent opportunity to gain an additional and / or much needed qualification.
